Hello I have a HP ENVY 4500 E ALL IN ONE PRINTER SERIES. Lately it has been giving me issues with printing. It states to check for paper jams when there isn't any and check the paper tray to make sure its aligned correctly. I've unplugged the machine and tried to follow the cleaning procedures and everything is checking out fine. Any ideas of what I should do ?

@Kevsauv1977 Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that you are facing a printing issue.
Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.
Please adjust the paper guides according to the paper in the tray.
Please perform the hard reset and check.
-
Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
-
Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
-
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
-
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
-
Wait at least 60 seconds.
-
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
-
Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
-
Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
-
Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed
