I can not print from my cell phone anymore.

Thank you for posting your query.

 

I understand that you are unable to print from your cell phone and that error code 34231b is displayed. I would request you to confirm the printer Model and share the error displayed. Meanwhile I would request you to please perform the below steps and check.

 

Install HP App

Re-add Printer in App

  • Removing and re‑adding the printer refreshes the connection.
  • Open the HP App
  • Remove the existing printer profile
  • Add the printer again by following the on‑screen instructions

Run Printer Diagnostic

  • HP App includes built‑in troubleshooting tools.
  • Open HP App
  • Navigate to Help & Support → Run Diagnostic
  • Follow the guided steps to fix detected issues
