Product: HP Officejet 3835

When I try to print a photo using the HP app on my Amazon Kindle Fire tablet, using 6"x4" photo paper my HP Officejet 3835 printer sends the paper out blank and that app tells me that it has printed. I can print photos alright using my Android mobile phone, but my my Fire tablet.

Thanks for your reply.

Those steps were what I was doing.

Just tried something different. Opened my picture, selected Share, then HP ePrint, set paper size & type, then selected Print. This worked.
