I recently purchased an OfficeJet 3835 and I am having problems printing from my mobile. When I do print, some pages come through fine, others print so much then end with a thick black line across the page.
I purchased this printer as I was having trouble with my HP Envy printer (same problem and very rarely connected to the Wi-Fi)

@L-11, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
Are you using the HP Smart app to print from your mobile?
Click here to know how to use the app on the mobile device.
Check the estimated ink levels.
Low ink levels can impact print quality. Replace any low or empty ink cartridges.
Perform steps 11 and 9 respectively from this document to resolve print quality issues.
