I’m trying to print a returns label out on my iPad but it is A4 size instead of 4x6 inches , what can I do please ?

@alyp, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand you are trying to print a label from your iPad. Which application are you using to print?

Have you tried printing other documents and check if it prints fine?

 

Use the HP Smart app from the App Store to print.

Check and change the print settings on the app.

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your Mac.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Also, check for any software updates on the iPad
