Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's remove web services and enable it again:

1. From the printer control panel display, touch ( ePrint ), and then touch (Web Services Settings). 2. Touch Remove Web Services. 3. Touch Yes to confirm.

1. From the printer control panel display, touch HP Printables. 2. Touch Enable Web Services. 3. Touch Accept to accept the Web Services terms of use and enable Web Services. 4. In the Auto Update screen, touch Yes to allow the printer to automatically check for and install product updates. NOTE: If a printer update is available, the printer downloads and installs the update, and then restarts. You have to repeat the instructions from step 1 to set up Web Services. NOTE: If prompted for proxy settings and if your network uses proxy settings, follow the on-screen instructions to set up a proxy server. If you do not have the proxy details, contact your network administrator or the person who set up the network. 5. When the printer is connected to the server, the printer prints an information page. Follow the instructions on the information page to finish the setup.

I have given this a try, and from hpsmart.com, it says I am set up with this e-mail address

But on trying to use this, I still get the error message

An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded:
Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable
invalid DNS MX or A/AAAA resource record.
Please check the message recipient "xxxxxx@hpeprint.com" and try again.

This does not appear to me to be an error with the printing but with the mailbox server.

The return message is instant on sending out the e-mail.

This makes no difference, as the printer appears to be working correctly, only the e-mail adress appears to fail

I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this issue, they should be able to help.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
