Operating System: iOS
Anytime I go to print a QR code, the entire “box” prints out black. I have not made any recent updates to anything. I have printed them before and never had any issues. I am using an Envy 5055.

Dear Customer, Thanks for your feedback. We'd like to help you to resolve the issue. We may need more info as much to reproduce the issue here. 1. IOS Version and phone model 2. Router info 3. Sample QR code document if you are ok to share 4. Wireless router info 5. Is QR printing from your Mac OS, or Windows OS 6. Any other info or steps you did to resolve the issues Thanks
