I have the same problem. I can print from my iPhone but not my PC. Can't get printer out of "?" mode.

@DallasBill, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

I understand that you are unable to print from your PC. To provide you with an accurate solution, I would like to know the following:

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc. 
  • What is the Operating System installed on your PC?
  • The question mark symbol is on the printer or the PC?
  • Are you able to make photocopies on the printer?

Keep me posted for further assistance.
