I have the same issue. The email activation code (pin) from HP does not get sent to my registered HP Connect Email ID to activate HP ePrint on my Windows 10 laptop. I was able to setup direct printing through the printer drivers through wifi as long as I am connected to the same wifi network. I wish I was able to also setup HP ePrint since it is supposed to work even while the laptop is connected to a different network.

What is the product number of the printer? Use this link to find it:  https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03754824  (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).

Have you tried to update the printer firmware.

Have you tried to disable web services. 

 

Could you please respond to this post with the product details so that I can provide you with accurate steps which should help you resolve this issue.
