I see that you have issues with ePrint. Have you tried the steps mentioned by an HP expert in previous posts?

Are you able to print fine from a computer?

Sorry for my delay in responding. I have been away for 5 weeks. I was given a case number to resolve this. I am contacting them now. We shall see.
