Trying to reconnect HP DeskJet Advantage 5075 printer to wifi, but unable to view list of networks available. Printer forgets the network everytime it is switched off.

@designtoolbox, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

To be able to assist you better, I would like to know the following:

  • Is your router dual-band enabled i.e., both 2.4GHz and 5GHz?
  • What is the distance between the router and the printer?
  • Did you make any changes to the printer or the router recently?
  • Are you able to connect other devices to the network?

Meanwhile, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.
