This issue could occur if the wi-fi direct is enabled.
Let's go through a few steps that may help to fix this issue.
I suggest that you disable the wi-fi direct on the unit and check by following the steps listed below:
1. From the Home screen on the product control panel, touch the Wireless button.
2. Open the following menus:
Wireless Menu
Wireless Direct
On/Off
3. Touch the Off menu item. The product saves the setting and then returns the control panel to the Wireless Direct menu.
If the issue persists, then I suggest that you follow the steps to setup the wireless network by following the link: Wireless Printer Setup (Windows)
Let me know how this works.
You have a good day ahead.

Greetings @Lalaxbx, I am the @Chimney_83. It looks like you were interacting with @Rainbow23, but he is out of the office today so I'll take over from here.
Looks like there was a miscommunication, not to worry, I will be glad to assist you.
May I know how the printer is connected to your computer?
Are you using a dual band router?
Note: HP Printers do not work or connect to 5Ghz networks. If you are using a dual band router, please give different names to 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz networks and connect the printer to the 2.4Ghz network.
Are you able to print and scan without issues?
Have you enabled web services on your printer?
Please click here to download the user guide of your printer.
Refer to page number 43 in the user guide to enable web services.
Request you to provide more information for me to be able to assist you better.
Keep me posted.

Thanks for the reply, please connect the printer to your computer using a USB cable.
Visit www.hp.com/drivers and enter the product number of your printer.
Download and install the firmware update on the printer. (make sure to update only over USB.)
Once the firmware update is installed on the printer.
Delete the HP Smart App on your iOS devices and install it back and reconfigure the printer.
This should resolve the issue you are facing.
If the issue persists, assign a manual IP address to the printer.
- Obtain the IP address of the printer (which can found by pressing the “wireless” icon on the printer control panel)
- Enter the IP address on the web browser (Ex: chrome, IE) to enter the printer EWS page.
- Go to the “Network” tab, click on “Wireless (802.11) then click on “Network address (IPV4)
- Click on the radio button which says “Manual IP” and then click “Suggest a manual IP address” to give a manual IP address to your printer.
Keep me posted.
