There's no way to make remote printing to work.

It used to work, years ago, now it just spins forever.

All the instructions I can find talk about a Smart App, which I believe is outdated as there's only an HP app, which shows my printer is cloud connected, but there's no way I can print remotely.

At first certificate issues, which I seem to have fixed, now when I try to print it just spins forever...

Any help?

Hi and thanks for your reply.

No, no luck.

I've reset the network settings, reconnected to my router, whatever I do the printer always reads IP Address: UPDATING.

It only shows the MAC address.

And it's not shown as available in the HP app, despite flagging the Print Anywhere.

I've tried with another router, no changes.

Hello @Kizuato

Try a different computer or mobile phone.

Hello @Kizuato

The only way to do it will be to perform a hard reset on the printer.

Best regards
