HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer

I want to remove this printer from my account. I donated this printer a long time ago. The solutions found says to send a private message but I don't see how to do that.

Are you still enrolled in the instant ink program with any other HP printer?

 

If yes, If you purchased a new printer, follow these steps to keep your Instant Ink account, but replace the printer it is connected to.

Set up your new printer. Make sure to SKIP any Instant Ink offers you see during printer setup. HP Instant Ink cartridges that were used in one printer cannot be used in another printer.

To transfer your Instant Ink account from the original to the replacement printer, sign in to your HP Instant Ink account.

If you have more than one printer, select the printer you are replacing.

If you see a ‘Printer Replacement notification’, click Continue in that notification. If you do not see the notification, click Enroll/Replace Printer in the Status area.

If you need help connecting your printer to the wireless network and enabling web services, follow the on-screen instructions.

 

If you do not have any other printer enrolled in the instant ink account, you can cancel your account.

How do I remove my printer from HP Instant Ink Account. It keeps interfering with my print by asking me to either correct or ok and won't print until I do so. I have cancelled my accounts over a year ago.

 

Any help would be appreciated
