Product: HP PageWide Pro 477dw Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

Android app does not Make the PDF image FIT or fill the 8.5x11 standard paper,  Cuts off info / words on BOTH sides.

?-How do you reduce the the image size on the App?

?-Why does the App NOT Find my registered Device when I login to HP?

?-How can a worldwide TECH Company like HP not have a contact email?

?-Hard reset does NOT work on this 477DW MFP

Many questions I Hope an expert can simply clearly answer them all, HP does not answer or when I reached thru I could not understand the person(s).
