Hi,

Since I installed the latest flash file on this printer eprint doesn't work and it will not let me set it up.

Is it possible to downgrade to an earlier flash file so I can try again?

Thanks

@rowdydowdy, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Are you referring to the firmware of the printer?

There is no option to downgrade the printer firmware.

Let us try these steps:

Restart web services:

Click here to know how to turn off web services. Refer to this document to know how to turn it on.

Make sure the printer is connected to the internet.

Refer to this document to setup ePrint - Print with HP ePrint

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
