Product: HP ENVY 5055

I recently purchased an HP ENVY 5055 printer from Walmart .com. I was so excited to get the printer but as I put in the ink cartridges , it demanded that they be the “SETUP” ones, which I do not have. Please help!!

We could try changing some settings in the Support Menu

 

Please check your private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile.

 

Next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope
