Hi @Eduardo60, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It looks like your iPhone is having trouble reconnecting to your HP LaserJet M110w printer after disconnecting from WiFi. Here are some troubleshooting steps to fix the issue:
Restart Everything
- Restart your iPhone and Wi-Fi router.
- Turn OFF the printer, unplug it for 30 seconds, then turn it back ON.
Ensure Both Devices Are on the Same Network
- Go to Settings > Wi-Fi on your iPhone and ensure you are connecting to the same Wi-Fi network as the printer.
- If your router has 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, try connecting both the printer and iPhone to 2.4GHz.
Check Printer’s Wi-Fi Connection
- Print a Network Configuration Report:
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the printer for 10 seconds until the light blinks.
- This will print a report showing the printer’s IP address.
- If the printer is not connected to Wi-Fi:
- Reconnect it using the HP Smart App.
- Open HP Smart > Add Printer > Set Up a New Printer and follow the instructions.
Try Re-adding the Printer on iPhone
- Open HP Smart.
- Tap the “+” icon to add the printer manually.
- If the printer doesn’t appear, tap “Set up a new printer” and follow the instructions.
Assign a Static IP to the Printer
- On your iPhone, enter the printer’s IP address (found in the Network Configuration Report) in Safari to check if it loads the printer's web page.
- If it does, go to your router settings and assign a static IP to the printer.
- This prevents the printer from changing IP addresses every time your Wi-Fi reconnects.
Disable Private Wi-Fi Address on iPhone
- Go to Settings > Wi-Fi.
- Tap the “i” next to your home network.
- Turn OFF "Private Wi-Fi Address" and reconnect.
Reset Printer Network Settings
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi and Cancel buttons together for 10 seconds to reset the network settings.
- Reconnect the printer using HP Smart.
Update Printer Firmware
- Open HP Smart App on a PC or another device.
- Check for firmware updates and install them.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
