Product: HP DeskJet 2755e All-in-One Printer

Hey guys! My DeskJet 2755e is a little over two years old. I moved recently, and I’m having trouble getting my printer to give me its MAC address so that I can add it to my new internet. If I can’t do that, I can’t use the printer at all. I’ve tried pressing the WiFi and info buttons at the same time— pressing them briefly and even holding them down, but I always get the same results— blank pages, or a page with faded shadows of WiFi symbols. I’ve tried replacing the ink cartridges, even though the printer doesn’t say it’s low on ink, but it didn’t help the problem at all. Even if I do get the MAC address and add the printer to my WiFi somehow, what if the printer still has trouble printing? Are these two different problems? What should I do from here?
