Product: Photosmart 6525
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My All-In-One printer is connected to the internet, but when I try to access the Apps on the touchscreen I get a "Server Connection Error: -1". The screen says "There was a problem connecting to the server" and to "Retry" or "Ok" to exit.

I have retried with the same results. Tried turning off the router and printer - same result. Please help resolve this problem.  Thank you!

Hi,

Download and install the latest printer firmware below using your PC:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/ps6520/PS6520_R1828B.exe

 

Once completing the update restart the printer and try using web services again.
