I just bought this printer, and I was trying to set it up exclusively with a USB connection. After setup, I was having issues getting the thing to print, so I ran HP Print and Scan Doctor. That app shows that the printer is connected both via USB and wirelessly, which isn't what I wanted.

The question is: How do I delete the wireless connection and retain solely the USB connection? Is this even possible?

Hi @Paul_C_1719

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the connectivity issue.

Please try these steps to disable the Wi-Fi connection -

Option#1 in the below picture is the Wireless light. Wireless button (on the back of printer): Controls wireless functionality: A short press enables or disables a wireless connection.

Example of the control panel buttons, icons, and lights

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
