My router has a USB port but iPad cannot find printer.

Hi,

 

Your printer spec indiacte that your printer has no wireless capability,  so unfortunately you will be unable to print wirelessly from your ipad.

 

You won't be able to connect the ipad via USB cable as the ipad only supports printing via wifi.
