Wireless Connection Issue

Hi. I can’t get this printer to work wirelessly. I keep getting asked for the security code. Unfortunately, my husband threw away the paperwork so if it’s there I don’t have it.

All I see on the bottom of the printer is the model and serial number. Any ideas where I can obtain the code?

Oh and I can used it with the USB cord. Just not wirelessly.

Just use the Wireless Setup Wizard from the front panel to connect to your routers SSID with password.   Info all in the User Guide page 35.

Your solution was very helpful.  I used the Wizard & it set it all up. Unfortunately, I then had to delete the printer all together and then reinstall.  Then the wireless printer worked!

My latest issue is the iPhone & iPad won't print wirelessly. They're both on the wireless network & the printer shows up when I want to print.  But when I press print it sits there working but won't print. I turned each off and waited 30 seconds to try again but it didn't help.

Any ideas?

I could not print from my iPhone to my hp 4652 following upgrading my phone to iOS 11.03. I contacted Apple support for assistance but they were not able to resolve the problem, and realized that it was wide-spread. About two weeks later they contacted me and suggested I upgrade to iOS 11.1, and advised me of the correct order to shut down router, printer and phone, and to restart each in the same order. I followed their advice and voila! My wireless printing from my iPhone is back!
