I just moved and need to reset my air printer to print from my mobile devices

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

How is the printer connected?

Is the copy working fine?

Are you using an app for printing?

 

Make sure the printer and the computer are connected to the same network.

Once the printer is connected to a network, try to print.

MY ALL IN ONE 3630 GOES OFFLINE DAILY. I FOLLOW PROCEDURE AND IT FIXES. NEXT DAY IT IS OFFLINE AGAIN. I FOLLOW PROCEDURE, I GET HP REMOTE ASSISTANCE, EVERYTHING. IT KEEPS GOING OFFLINE AND I AM READY TO PITCH IT OUT THE WINDOW.
