Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I recently moved and switched home internet providers and have not been able to print wireless since. The new network has the same network name and password and not having any trouble with other devices (Alexa, firestick, etc.).The printer seems connected to the network and even shows in my connected devices list but still can't seem to print from a phone or without USB connection like I used to. I have tried to reset to factory settings on my computer and the printer and nothing seems to be working. Any help will be appreciated.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Try restoring the network settings on the Printer:

Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for 5 seconds.

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
