Wireless printing

Recently when I send print jobs from my iPhone, I can only print in color, not in black. I have print test pages and alignment pages and the black ink seems to work then. I cannot however figure out how to get it to work when I send a print job from my phone. Restarting both devices didn’t fix the issue. Any ideas?

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue and I understand that the printer is not printing black ink.

• Did you make a copy and check if that prints in black?

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
