Product: HP DeskJet 2620

I have always connected through a wireless connection my phone (iPhone 6s) to my printer (HP DeskJet 2620) for the past 6/7 months. But in the past days it has requested a password for my phone to be connected. I don' thave such password nor have I ever set one. What do i do? I've tried forgetting the network on my phone but it still wouldn't work.

@federicanj, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

Are you using the HP Smart App or AirPrint feature to print from?

Are the devices connected to the same network?

Could you share the screen that requests for password?

 

Meanwhile, Use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.
