Won't connect to wifi and won't print

My printer seems to not be connecting to a wireless connection. I have printed off this printer before but with a USB and now it's not even let me print using that. When I click on my HP utility I've noticed under devices there is 2 of the same printers listed twice so I don't know if I've connected it twice by mistake. Also I cannot access my claim code every time I click the button wifi direct it keeps printing the same sheet get the most out of your printer , so I don't know if the wifi I'm using is not supported but now it won't even let me print with a USB

Hi,

Try removing the printer and then re-adding it by opening the preferences tab and then selecting "printers & scanners".

From there, click the minus sign under the printer icon to remove the printer and then re-add it using the plus sign.

This often helps if you are experienceing printer offline issues regularly.

If you still can't find the printer, I would try the steps with the usb connected and if a wireless connection is established, then remove it.


If the issue persists, restart your mac and try again and if this doesn't help, then restart your router also.
