HP Office Jet 7740

I have an office jet 7740, I had to do a factory reset to access the admin panel as the previous IT guy has left.

I now have a printer that is unable to connect to the wifi of our shared office space.

1. We do not have access to the router - so cannot make changes there

2. Using the HP Smart set up it can see my printer through the app but when I try to connect it to my network I get the following error message.

Your computer is connected to a wireless network which uses enterprise level authentication (802.1x or WPA-Enterprise). This type of authentication is not supported by this HP software. Select Open HP Support for help reconfiguring the printer to work with this authentication.

Except the Open HP Support is unable to resolve my issue, either via the Smart setup or via the printer panel I need to be able to add a password to access our network... how?
