HP Officejet Pro 8620
Linux

After replaceing two color cartridges, I tried to reconnect my browser to my HP 8620, 192.168.1.12 but can only get

"System Error",

An error has occurred.

To display on the browser.  Doesn't make any difference which browser or which computer or operating system I try from locally.  I still get the same display failure.  Tried from three linux machines, a win 10 and a vista.  I did the "Factory Restore" from the menu w/o any change.

Please help, frustrated 😞

tks for the help.  Problem is solved.

solution:  power off

                    power on

                   hit "back arrow" 4 times

you will see "Support Menu" appear on-screen

slowly 🙂 slide thru the options

terrible that most had to wait for an email to describe this procedure.

If it is just for worries that one will brick their printer, that would be their

own fault.
