How do I change my instant ink plan back to the minimum 15 pages for 0.00.
There is no option for this....

I understand you would like to know to change to a 15-page free plan on the instant ink account.
Don't worry I'll try to help you out.
Did you make any changes to your printer?
Have you registered for the instant ink services?
However, we can change the page to a 15-page free plan. Where you will not be billed until you change the plan on your account.
Please share us few details through a private message, so I can check the account details and change the plan for you.
Printer Model Name
Serial Number of the printer
Instant ink Email Address
Instant Ink Account Number
Address to ship the cartridge
Do you need black or colour ink cartridges?

Hi,
You can only register the free plan during the first registration, you cannot downgrade from a paid to a free plan.
You may find the HP Instant Ink Terms and Conditions listed below:
No Downgrades. If You upgrade an Enrolled Printer from the 15-Free Program to a paid Service Plan (an “Upgraded Printer”), You may not subsequently downgrade the Upgraded Printer in order to return to the 15-Free Program. Additionally, You may not downgrade a printer from a paid Service Plan to the 15-Free Program.
