Oliver, I don't understand your instructions.
Can you please write them in a more understandable way? When you said connect your computer to the same address is where you lost me.
I have an HP OfficeJet 5740. By the way, I read the FAQs, and I tried to do what the email I got said to do. Still no code.
My printer has been set up on eprint. I am using wireless, which it recognizes. I have signed up for instant ink but cannot add my printer because it wants a code. Where do I get this code???
I also want to enter the discount code I have for 3 months free ink and am hoping that "at checkout" it will be clear where to enter this. If you think there is any chance that it WON'T be clear, please advise me about that too.
I don't understand why HP makes this so hard, and why I can't simply have my computer detect the installed printer. Why a code??
Thank you.
