Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Are you getting any error code or message?
- What is the exact the issue with the printer?
After enabling Web Services by pressing the HP ePrint
icon on your control panel display, a Printer Info Page prints. Find the claim code on the bottom half of the sheet. If the page only features an @hpeprint.com email address, see “The printer info page printed with no claim code, only an @hpeprint.com email address"
