Hi,

generally, HP ePrint service is not supported on any HP+ printer, HP Print Anywhere allow remote printing to your printer through the App from a computer or a mobile device, printing via email is not supported by any HP Plus printer.

You don't have any HP ePrint button on any HP Plus printer (8020e series), so any address would not be listed and the feature is not supported by the printer:

Thank you very much for your reply. The 8022e printer does support Print Anywhere but I did like the eprint with email address as it meant you could send to your printer without the app.

Hello,

Sorry to interupt, will just give some minor answers in case there is a delay from HP Support Official.

Yeah, Print Anywhere and HP E-print is 2 different things. Not necessary depended on eachother. >> Print Anywhere is more focused on Chrome OS, etc.

HP E-Print basically changed name to HP Smart (HP Connected before that). It should still work, I could be wrong.

So either you have a button on Printers Control Panel, that is called HP Web services, it looks like a Phone. Click on that and you will see the HP E-print adress.

Or, If you click on Printers Control Panel, Go to Settings >> Adv Settings >> click on Webservices.

There is a minor guide in User Manual for Web Services. How to get it, or print it on paper.*

If you have Web services Enabled, then you should get HP E-print adress on printers Display. It is a weird name e.g "12345@hpeprint.com"

You can technically try to e-mail to that adress and see if it print.

Anything above this, I would make sure to get official help from HP Support only, because this is a "E" unit, Online mode only. It should be registered already to your HP Account? Am I correct?

Technically one can login to HP Smart and there check account. But rather get help from HP Support on that one.

Thx!

Thank you Shlomi for the clarification, as you mention (and thanks to everyone who directed me to the printer UI), there is no option on the printer menu. It is a shame that HP are not offering this , email and eprint feature as not every device can load the app. I have an electronic notebook which does not allow any external software, but does have the facility to send a document by email.

Many thanks to everyone for the help
