I work in a shared office.  I just got my printer & want to set up ePrint.  I got an error message saying both the computer & the printer have to use the same internet network.  But my computer is using my personal internet network & I set the printer to use the office internet wifi network.

I would like to take advantage of the options, enabling, ePrint offers?  Do both the printer & computer have to use the same internet network or can they be on different ones?

Enabling ePrint can be done on the print directly. To change the settings on ePrint (access permission, customized email address, etc.), you can use any computer that has web access, on hpconnected.com. ePrint works just like sending email, so the computer can be on any network.

The computer need to be on the same network only when you want print to it as a network printer.
