It seems ePrint is not working anymore. I have a printer located in the remote Warehouse and cannot print to i anymore.

I cannot even sign into the account with my local ePrint App which starts when printing to my remote printer and therefore cannot get a connection to my remote printer.

I can however sign into my account online and I can see the printer there with a green dot telling me the printer is online.

I have the same problem.

The service have stopped for an registered machine.

I have tried to install it on a new machine and got the following error:

Hp ePrint ErrorHp ePrint Error

Having the same problem since 3 days ago.

I discover that the printer in question is working fine, I use my eprint app on my phone to send docs to print and it works fine.

If you use the old fashion way of just sending a doc attachment to the email of the printer also still works but much slower than the app. The issue seems to come from the app on the computer.

I am having the same issue with multiple machines(10+), printers (5) and networks (3).  Unable to figure out how to post so I PM'd you.

I've tried re-installing print driver on a couple machines - unable to see devices on remote networks.  I did a complete re-install on one machine and can't reach hpeprint to register driver.  I verified that the printers were on HP Connected and re-registered one under a new name.  I went through the disable/re-enable web services on the printer  also.  Appears to be a connectivity issue between the driver and HP.  I have a couple different versions of W10 and W7 drivers that are down.

Please tell me that HP is working on a solution.

Earlier post was cut and pasted from one I sent a moderator on 7/21...

Today I was able to get the eprint driver to register after multiple attempts.

Still not able to see remote printers reliably (some show, some don't, sometimes none) and when I do see a printer it fails validation when sending a job.

Yea email registration was working so I had my hopes up this morning but nope still no good.

Also the method of manually sending files via email to the printer seems slower and also less reliable cause there are times when it just doesn't print it at all.

Issue still persists, anyone else get theirs working?

I am getting the sneaking suspicion that this wont get fixed, HP is already wanting to retire Eprint.

I was able to print one page yesterday.

But today I have the same error:

Hp ePrint ErrorHp ePrint Error

Meanwhile I have connected it to Google cloud print and installed cloud print driver for windows.

You just need to paste your ePrint email here:

https://www.google.com/cloudprint/learn/setup-hp.html

And install driver for windows:

https://tools.google.com/dlpage/cloudprintdriver

As workaround it almost good as before with only one additional step in chrome browser....

P.S. not all printers are "Google cloud ready" - you need to check it HP site.
