it says firmware is up to date

 

it is still printning with a tiny size at the top of the page rather than the full a4 text

Did you try to attach a different file and check if that prints fine?

wnhatever file i sent  by eprint come s out that size.. It prints normally from computer its only on eprint this happens It ddint before and it doe snow and ive changed no settings You cannopt adjust prints ettings forprint in the way you recommend.

This might require remote access of your computer to fix this issue.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on "Continue as guest".

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.

I have the same problem as above, tiny prints at top of page. I have an HP ENVY 4520.  Also, my printer prints and copies super slow lately.
