Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have installed my hp envy 5032 printer and created an account, but didn't redeem my claim code.  Can I add it to my account now?  On my account it says I can print 15 pages free every month, I am on my 2nd month and only used 4 pages from the 1st month and they haven't rolled over.

Any advice welcome

TIA

@fazer600,

Welcome to HP Support Forums!

I see from your post you need information and assistance related to claim code. Don't worry we'll work together to help you find a solution.

As I understand you have enrolled your printer into the Instant ink program and you are currently on 15 pages free plan.

Now you're trying to redeem the claim code and unfortunately for some reason it's not going through. Let me help you with this.

In this 15 pages free plan you will not be charged anything unless you print more than 15 pages and ink will be shipped to you when low ink level is detected. You can be a part of this plan as long as you are enrolled in Instant Ink. So, this plan is free as long as you have the printer or as long as you are enrolled in Instant Ink.

However, if you want redeem the claim code, you need to upgrade the plan to 50 or 100 or 300 page-plan.

I hope this answers your question. Let me know if you need any further assistance. I'll be more than happy to help you.

that said, If the information I've provided was helpful,

give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted solution and kudos buttons,

that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Good Luck.
