Product: deskjet 2630

bought deskjet 2630 in the U.K using 304 code ink cartridges..

 

moved to Ukraine and found out identical cartridge code here is 123..  It just won't start working. My device does not recognize and shows it as empty.. I need regional setup somehow.

 

U.K customer service did not know much what to do, I called twice.

Urgent help please
