Product: hp envy 5646 all in one

Hi,

I have had some issues out of the blue printing from my laptop to the printing. Its always been fine but after changing the ink its printing blanks. Its not used up all my monthly allowance in pages. Its out of warranty so i cant get help from HP.

Have turned off and on etc but no luck.

Did you make a copy and check if that works fine?

Is this printer enrolled in an instant ink account?

Could you elaborate on the issue for better understanding?
