I bought my printer online and just set it up. It came with a 3 months= free trial of HP Instant Ink.  When I signed up, I was asked for a code which I thought might have been the one on the bottom of the card describing the service.  I put it in but it didn't work.  I clicked the $4.99/mo plan and it went through but I don't believe I have the free trial now.  There was no card that had a scratch off area so how can I get the three month trial set up?  The instructions said:

1. prepare and connect your printer

2.  During priner setup, activate HP Instant Ink to start your 3 month free trial

3. Service starts after you insert your HP Instant Ink ready cartridge

4. Your printer tells HP when to send more ink.

Welcome to HP Support Forums. A really great platform for posting all your questions and finding solutions.

I understand that you enrolled for Instant Ink and you did not avail any code for the 3 Months Trial

I'll try my best to help

To get the Free subscription, customers will have to enroll within 7 days (From the time he/she sets up the printer).

There will be no promo codes. Instant Ink free trial period automatically gets added when you set up the printer with Instant Ink. You can check the same on your Customer Account Screen.

If the 3 months trial is not activated, I will do the needful

I will send you a Private Message, please reply back with your Instant Ink Account Number or Email Address

Please check your private message icon in the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile.
