Welcome to the HP Community --

Without any context, it's difficult to imagine what you are doing and where you are seeing the error.

I can certainly imagine the error condition - I just know know how you got from "here" to "there".

Have you ever been able to print with this printer?

OK - we can guess...

Some of the important bits...

What is the Operating System / version on your device (computer, tablet, phone)?

Do the settings in the job configuration / job setup AND the Tray and Paper Settings in the Embedded Web Server (EWS) match?

Are you using a Supported paper size and type?

and / or

Are you trying to use a Custom Size paper form?

A couple of examples

Reminder

At this writing, DeskJet printers (including this one) require a larger margin along the bottom edge --

12.7mm (1/2 inch)

Borderless PrintingNo
Print Margin Bottom (A4)12.7 mm
Print Margin Left (A4)3 mm
Print Margin Right (A4)3 mm
Print Margin Top (A4)3 mm

There is no software, firmware, or alignment that changes the larger margin requirement.

The solution is to keep all data inside of 1/2 inch on the bottom edge.  This includes all page numbers, footer information, or other notations.
