Product: hp photosmart d110
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I tried to print an email and sent it to my printer using the HP email address. Received email stating the email was received but couldn't print because printer was not connected. Printer is connected and working fine. Ran HP doctor to verify printer status. Any idea why printer wouldn't print email using email address?

Not sure - but I don't think it will work without Web Services.

 

From your description, it sounds like you have been using ePrint before this?

 

Web Services has been discontinued on the Photosmart 110a and the 110b

 

Website Support Troubleshooting, How-to, Video Tutorials

 

  • Web Services has been discontinued on some older printers (as listed)
