@Rick2461, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your print that is not available on your android phone!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Here’s how you can troubleshoot the issue where your HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer is not showing up on your Android phone:

Check Basic Connections

Ensure Printer is Powered On – Make sure the printer is turned on and has a stable power source.

Check Wi-Fi Connection – The printer and phone should be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

Restart Devices – Restart both the printer and Android phone to refresh network connections.

Verify Printer Network Status

Print a Wireless Network Test Report:

Press and hold the Wireless & Information buttons on the printer until a test page prints.

Check if the printer is connected to Wi-Fi.

If not, reconnect the printer to Wi-Fi using the HP Smart app.

Connect Printer to Wi-Fi

Reset Printer Wi-Fi:

Press and hold the Wi-Fi button (or Wireless & Cancel buttons together) until the Wi-Fi light blinks.

Use the HP Smart app on your Android to reconnect the printer.

Use HP Smart App:

Download HP Smart from the Google Play Store.

Open the app and add the printer.

Follow on-screen instructions to connect the printer to Wi-Fi.

Let me know if this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
