Hi @KPUBS,
Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support Forums for a solution to your postal code entry issue.
I understand that you are trying to enter your postal code but you are being told that the postal code you are entering is invalid. I would like to help.
Are you trying to enroll with HP Instant Ink, or trying to place an online order?
Have you selected the correct country?
Have you tried making sure the space in the postal code is there, or taking the space out?
Recommend you try to setup the printer by skipping the postal code or make sure to select a different country during setup.
This should resolve the concern you are facing.
If this does not resolve the issue, please provide the screenshots of the message.
Please respond to this post with the details for further assistance.
Eagerly waiting for your response!
I hope you have a good day ahead,
And Feel free to ask your queries as this forum has some of the best people in the world
Available and ready to help.
Regards,

Same problem, unfortunately.
Does not recognise my postal code in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Tried all possible combination, with and without the digit, space etc.
If I click back, the screen is blank and won't refresh. Right clicking forward gets me back to the postal code "required field" and won't let me continue.
