thanks kumar.  i will.  i'm extremely busy and just so annoyed and frustrated that i have to deal with this lol.  

 

i thought i also saw a windows 10 issue resolution pop up  when i logged in to my HP account.  i can't find that any more.  i was also thinking of trying that but wasn't sure if it even had anything to do with my eprint.  maybe some windows updates messed with it...
