I have the $9.99 plan but looking at my monthly page usaged, am considering downgrading to the $4.99 plan. Will my 600 ACCUMULATED pages rollover be reduced or only the 300 to 100 pages with the price change?

Hello there, thanks for getting back to us.
I'm afraid, but yes you'll lose 400-pages. On a 10-page plan, you'll get 200-pages.
Your only option is to print before the current billing cycle ends. Once the new billing cycle starts, your account will be on a new plan.
Let me know if there's anything else that I may help you with?

Hello and Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to help you.
As you are downgrading the plan, you will not be able to roll-over the pages meant for the 300-page plan.
If you do not use all your plan pages in a month, the unused pages will be kept in your account as rollover pages. Your rollover pages are available as long as you are enrolled in HP Instant Ink. You can continue to roll over up to two times the number of pages in your monthly plan (for example, you can roll over up to 200 pages if you are enrolled in a 100-page plan). If you have printed all of the pages in your plan, and you have used all of your rollover pages, you can still print additional pages and save.
Hope this helps!

So, specifically, right now I have a rollover of 600 pages (the $9.99 plan).
If I choose to go with the $4.99 plan do I loose what is already accumulated (the 600 I currently have)?
I realize if I downgrade, I only get what the $4.99 plan allows but for now 600 rollover....do I get to keep that?
I think someone mentioned if I downgrade, I loose 400 of my 600 accumulated pages right away.
Thanks for taking time to respond to my initial question. While it was very informative, it wasn't quite the answer I
was looking for.
I do love this Instant Ink program. Its been wonderful. Happy Day!

Yes, thank you....that was my main question.
The actual reason for wanting to downsize my plan was, because I had noticed there had not been many days even over 100.
I support deployed soldiers overseas and sometimes I did print quite a bit for what I wanted to send them, but recently I have had just 3 soldiers and that cut my printing considerably.
It actually was a nice surprise, when checking my account, I had 600 rollover pages. Last year when I began my Instant Ink, I noticed, and was told 300 pages was the most rollover. So something must have changed allowing 600 rollover for the $9.99 plan.
I wish in downsizing I could keep the current rollover. I honestly never even figured I'd have that much.
Thank you very much for your assistance. You have been very helpful Asmita!
Happy Day! Lisa
