I bought this used printer. I can't add it to my printers in Hpsmart.
I deactivated web services and then reactivated them.
A sheet was printed but when I enter the code it does not work.
When I want to print the remote services, I have a message telling me that this printer is associated with an HP account.
How can I delete the old account from my printer.

Welcome to HP support community.

You can change the email address associated with the old account and add your details.

  1. Sign in to HP Smart, and then click the Account icon  at the top of the webpage.

  2. Select Settings, and then scroll down to Account information.

  3. Select the Edit icon next to Primary email address.

    Clicking the Edit icon

  4. Change the email address, and then click Save.

  5. Repeat these steps to change the Username, if necessary.

You can refer this HP document for more assistance:- Click here

I hope that helps.

To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.

Cheers.
