Hi
I am trying to sign up for HP Instant Ink. My printer is set up for wireless printing, scanning and when I run the wireless network test, the diagnostic summary all states PASS. The signal quality is excellent.
However, everytime I turn the printer on, it states the following message:
There was a problem connecting to the server. Press [RETURN ARROW] to connect again or OK to exit.
Despite this, I have no issue with printing or scanning and, as I say, the diagnostics all come back fine.
When I press the ePrint and press the "Print info Page" option, the message above returns.
Any suggestions? I have tried turning everything off and on again including at the wall.
Thanks

Hi,
Your printer is not HP Intant Ink Eligible, only newer printers are supported for the service.
Visit the following link:
https://instantink.hpconnected.com/us/en/r
Click 'How it works' at the top menu, then click 'Purchase an eligible printer' to see all supported models.
There are no Photosmart printers supported by HP Instant ink as the list shows.
Regards,
Shlomi
