Product: Samsung j3
Operating System: Android 6.0 Marshmallow

I have just tried the plugin on a new phone by
1  clearing the cache via setting->storage. 
2. Going to apply via play store 
2.1 clearing  the data
2.2 uninstalling the plug in
3. Re-installing the app
4 going to settings->more connections->
printing. Turned off/on the plug in. 
This found my two printers. HP Envy both normal and direct modes, and a HP Officejet 
5  exited settings and tried to print from an email  the print tab showed. The print target showed PDF and the down arrow. The down arrow promptly grayed out and only the PDF option remained. I have no problem forward the email to the ENVY printer but don't have the setup options - like two sides. I have HPEPRINT installed too but haven't worked out how to use it yet

After downloading the HP print plugin for Android, you will also need to enable it within your settings.

In fact after about 15mins everything activated correctly and the print plugin Oscar working. My description meant I was in sethings do do what I did.
